Rachel was a competitive gymnast also, competing not only for her region, but for her country too, and also took many titles including a British Title. Rachel has been coaching gymnastics to children of all ages and abilities for over 23 years and has run the Evesham Leisure Centre gymnastics club since she was 18 years old. Rachel is also a fully qualified fitness instructor and puts this to good use during our conditioning sessions in the gym.

Rachel has lived in Evesham all her life and has three children of her own.

“I enjoy coaching gymnastics because I love the personal achievement that each child has, no matter how little or whatever age that gymnasts is, it will be a huge goal to them. I feel that healthy living and fitness as a young person can have huge benefits to carry on into adulthood. This is a perfect sport to encourage fitness through fun.”
