        Our Advanced squad group 1 are working towards their IGA levels along side their Nat G.A.P grades and levels. They train 4 hours a week.

          This squad group work towards their IGA regional and national levels. They train 5 hours a week.

            Every month
            This squad is for those gymnasts who want to be in the gym for all the hours that we offer (3hrs Saturday, 3hrs Tuesday, 2hrs Thursday and 2hrs Friday). Training 6 hours or over.
             

            • Saturday 8:45am-9.30am
